Heretto CCMS 24.01.30
-
Fixed. The Expand Prolog button is now fully visible. Previously, it was partially covered by the prolog element.
-
Fixed. We resolved an issue where a user with the Reviewer role could access and modify locales through the Releases tab.
-
Fixed. It is no longer possible to create accounts with capital letters in the user name. Previously, having multiple accounts that differed only with capitalization caused problems. These problems included users not seeing their active assignments in the Needs my Attention and Assigned to Me tabs in the Assignments interface.
Now, when you add a new user to Heretto CCMS, capitalized letters are automatically changed to small letters. User names added to the CCMS with capitalized letters before this fix need to be updated manually. Remember that only users with the Administrator role have access to the Users interface.
-
Fixed. We removed a short-lived issue with key references in the PDF output, both for Heretto PDF Generator and DITA Open Toolkit (DITA-OT). Previously, the first instance of akey reference would be and active link and other consecutive instances would be inactive. Now, all instances of a link are active.
-
Fixed. We resolved a short-lived issue that caused link text in the Heretto PDF Generator output to not appear.
January 25, 2024
Heretto Portal 24.01.25
-
Fixed. We resolved an issue with an inactive Print button in API Docs. Previously, clicking the button did nothing. Now, the button starts the print.
-
Fixed. Logging out of a portal environment logs a user out of all related portal environments and the identity provider (IdP). As a result, when a user logs out of a non-public portal environment, they are also logged out of the related public portal environment. Previously, a user was logged out of a portal environment but not out of their IdP which made it impossible to switch between accounts. We are happy to report that this issue has been resolved.

Heretto CCMS 24.01.16
-
Fixed. Table titles are no longer bold in the Content Editor. They match the styling of figure titles. Note that this change affects only the element styling in the Content Editor and does not affect any output styling.

Cloud Publishing 24.01.11
Cloud publishing is an umbrella term for all publishing engines that come with Heretto CCMS, including PDF Generator and DITA-OT Cloud. The cloud publishing infrastructure is separate from Heretto CCMS infrastructure. New versions of cloud publishing are released separately from CCMS versions and are deployed to customers immediately after they are released. Heretto Portal and Heretto Deploy API are separate products and are not part of cloud publishing.
Fixed. Maps no longer fail to publish with Docusaurus if publishing takes over nine minutes.

Heretto Deploy API 24.01.10
-
Added. Deploy API now supports Mathematical Markup Language (MathML). As a result, Heretto Portal now shows equations made in MathML. To learn more about MathML, see Equations with MathML.
-
Fixed. We addressed a recent issue where the Heretto Portal could not access data for some portal areas which caused missing or incorrect information in those portal areas. For example log or missing custom styling. This affected especially the footer. We are happy to report that this behavior has been resolved.

Heretto CCMS 24.01.09
Enhanced. In PDF Generator output, links to figures and tables by default come with figure and table labels and numbers. For example, “Figure 1. Figure title”. Previously, such links included labels and titles but not the numbers. For example, “Figure. Figure title”. This change applies to Gray and Color templates in PDF Generator as well as to publishing scenarios that are not based on those templates. The current PDF Generator behavior matches the default behavior of DITA Open Toolkit (DITA-OT).
Fixed. When a table contains long lines they now wrap in both the Content Editor and outputs generated with Gray and Color PDF Generator templates.
