March brings a new CCMS version with a number of enhancements and fixes!

Heretto CCMS 25.03.04

• Fixed. We addressed an issue where the Resource Drawer did not update to show details for binary files, like an image, after a non-binary file, like a DITA topic, was selected. Users can now seamlessly switch between all file types without needing to close and reopen the Resource Drawer.

• Fixed. We resolved a bug where users with the Reviewer role could change a workflow step by clicking one of the workflow steps buttons. Reviewers are now correctly restricted from changing workflow steps.

  

• Fixed. We corrected an text insertion issue where typing in the Content Editor caused text to insert at the beginning of a paragraph and in reverse order. This intermittent issue has been resolved to ensure text inserts correctly and in the intended sequence.

• Fixed. We enhanced the conref insertion functionality to prevent users from creating invalid element ID values that contain spaces. Previously, when a user added an element ID value with a space in it, they were able to complete reusing content but were presented with a validation error in the Content Library. Now, the system validates ID values upon their creation, preventing validation and reuse issues from occurring.

• Fixed. We addressed a performance issue where editing maps could prevent topics from loading. Users should now experience normal performance levels after map edits without needing to refresh the page. This fix also removes an error message that appeared upon refreshing in Mozilla Firefox.
