Important changes for Oxygen users and an enhancement in the Deployments interface.

Heretto CCMS 25.02.11

• Changed. Enabling the Open in Oxygen option has changed for both Windows® and macOS®. This change streamlines the process of enabling the option, especially for macOS® users. This change does not affect your WebDAV connection between the CCMS and Oxygen; it only affects the Open in Oxygen option.

  Important:

  Users who previously configured the option on either operating system need to update the configuration to ensure the option works in this CCMS version. For more information, see Authoring in Oxygen.

• Enhanced. Now, the Publish option in the Deployments interface becomes inactive when publishing is already in progress, preventing multiple deployments from being triggered. The option becomes active automatically once the initial deployment is published.

New versions of Heretto CCMS, Heretto Deploy API, and Heretto Portal are now available!

Heretto CCMS 25.02.07

• Enhanced. We improved the performance of loading maps in the Content Editor by deferring the loading of comments until the Review tab is opened. Open and archived comments are now loaded separately to further optimize the process.

• Enhanced. We streamlined the processing of notifications to more accurately represent ongoing branching activities to end users.

Heretto Deploy API 25.02.07

• Fixed. We resolved an issue where link elements within linklist or linkpool were not correctly inheriting the scope="external" attribute. This was causing broken link indicators in the Content Editor and incorrect class assignment in Heretto Portal. Links now correctly inherit the scope="external" attribute and are rendered with the appropriate class. This ensures proper behavior and styling in both the CCMS and portal.

• Fixed. We addressed an issue where using the search bar on a Page Not Found page did not return results. Now, when you search from that page, the results populate correctly.
