We fixed an issue related to file metadata in the CCMS.

Heretto CCMS 24.09.27

• Fixed. We addressed a behavior where the system would erroneously save file metadata upon opening the Resource Drawer for a file, even if no updates were made to the file metadata. If the metadata commit prompt was configured, the system would unnecessarily prompt users to save changes. The system now correctly refrains from saving metadata unless modifications are actually made.

This release provides behind-the-scenes performance enhancements.

In version 24.09.17, there are no end-user updates to report. Our focus was on backend and performance improvements. While these enhancements may not be immediately noticeable, they contribute to an improved user experience.

Heretto CCMS 24.09.10

• Enhanced. We enhanced the functionality responsible for file revision restoration to ensure smoother operation and prevent edge cases.

• Enhanced. We introduced logging improvements to optimize the size and searchability of log files and significantly shorten their processing times.

Cloud Publishing 24.09.10

• Fixed. Publishing jobs now include a log.txt file that captures any errors encountered during a comparison publish with DITA-OT Cloud. Previously, these error logs were not captured in comparison publishing jobs that failed. Heretto Portal 24.09.05

• Fixed. When your Heretto Portal is configured as a cross-origin resource sharing (CORS) proxy for Heretto API Docs, the direct API request URL specified in the config.json file is now correctly rendered without the proxy URL in the Request Sample area of API Docs. • Fixed. We improved the styling of the Deprecated label visible for deprecated endpoints in Heretto API Docs. To learn how to mark an endpoint as deprecated, see the OpenAPI Specification.

• Fixed. We updated the social media icons available under the Share option in the Heretto Portal to use the X logo (formerly Twitter).

• Fixed. Metadata categories, which group metadata values, are no longer passed to the Heretto Portal HTML. Instead, only metadata values added to topics published to the portal are passed to the portal HTML. To read more about metadata in Heretto CCMS, see Taxonomy & Metadata Overview.

Heretto Deploy API 24.09.05

• Metadata values present in topics are correctly displayed in the Heretto Portal even when the topic has no keywords defined.

This release features some behind-the-scenes improvements and a fix to keyref and conkeyref behavior.

Heretto CCMS 24.09.03

• Fixed. In the Content Editor, keyrefs and conkeyrefs now resolve as expected when you set a context map in a topic.

• Removed. We have removed a link to the now-retired Heretto Community from the Help button in the CCMS.
