You can edit your warehouse topics without leaving the Content Editor.

CAUTION: Editing the reused element source impacts every topic that reuses this element.

Open a topic that contains an element reused from a warehouse topic.
Click the reused element.
The Content reference toolbar appears.
In the Content reference toolbar, click Edit Content.
The warehouse topic opens over the Content Editor and the element that you want to edit is highlighted.
Edit the element.
Tip: Before you edit the element, you may want to review all of the topics that reuse this element. Click the reuse icon to see a list of those topics. The number indicates how many unique topics reuse the element.
Click Done.

You edited a reusable element without leaving the Content Editor. The change is applied to every topic that reuses this element.
