Reports (Beta)

Note:

This feature is currently in Beta and available to a limited group of customers. General availability for all Heretto customers will follow the conclusion of the Beta phase. Full rollout dates will be shared when available.

Heretto CCMS provides two categories of reports: the Quality Report and Insights reports. The Quality Report scans your content for schema, rule, and link-based issues. Insights reports surface metrics and trends about your content set so you can understand it at scale. The Insights family includes the Content Report, the Localization Report, and the Reuse Report, each focused on a different lens: content composition, localization progress, and content reuse, respectively.

Quality Report

The Quality Report scans the content in a map or folder for schema, rule, and link-based issues, then presents the results as summarized counts, a filterable issue listing, and trends over time. Use it to catch broken links, invalid structures, and other content issues before they reach delivery endpoints.

Content Report (Insights)

The Content Report surfaces metrics about your content and its reuse across a selected scope. It provides high-level counts, customizable charts, and a filterable object listing, giving your team a structured way to analyze content at scale rather than file by file.

Localization Report (Insights)

The Localization Report gives your team a single place to check localization progress across your content. It shows which files have been localized, into which locales, and which localization jobs are in progress or complete, without requiring you to piece that picture together from individual files or jobs.

Reuse Report (Insights)

The Reuse Report shows how efficiently your content is reused across topics, text, and media for a selected branch, folder, or map. It provides summary metrics, ranked listings of your most-reused content, and comparisons between deliverables, giving your team a structured way to quantify the value of your content model.
