Domain setup

To set up your domain, contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss the details and timelines. They will require the following information to set up your domain:

1. The desired URL for your Heretto Portal.

2. Confirmation that you have added the CNAME DNS record for the domain you want to use.

   Note: While setting up the DNS record, you need to refer to the default URL of your Heretto Portal provided by the your CSM. As you are the owner of the target domain, you can easily set this up on your end.

After receiving this information, the Heretto team can link your portal instance to the desired domain and provide your website with a proper security certificate.
