Heretto CCMS 25.01.28

• Fixed. We addressed an issue with XLIFF localization jobs where edits to the Translation Memory (TM) were not consistently saving when copied to the Cache Mode in the Locales tab. Users can now reliably save changes to the TM and copy them to the Cache Mode.

This Heretto CCMS version comes with no end-user updates.

Heretto CCMS 25.01.21

• In version 25.01.21, there are no end-user updates to report. Our focus was on CCMS changes related to Manual Deploy for the next generation Heretto Deploy API.

Heretto Deploy API 25.01.17

• Announcement. We are starting to roll out the first building blocks for the next generation of Heretto Deploy API. Initially we are focusing on manual deployments. As part of this transition, customers may notice that certain deployments with Manual Deploy configured take longer to publish. Publishing time will vary depending on the size of the total data set to be processed and the amount of changes since the last publish. This temporary behavior is expected. The next generation Manual Deploy will separate processing a deployment from serving content which will increase the stability and scalability of portal environments. We will provide more updates as the capabilities roll out.

• Fixed. We addressed a behavior where a topic with the copyright element or the year attribute with no values in the prolog element caused the topic to render incorrectly in Heretto Portal. Currently, such a structure causes no rendering issues in the portal.

Heretto Portal 25.01.17

• Added. You can now configure web crawler settings for Heretto Portal. For details, see Heretto Portal Web Crawlers Configuration.

• Fixed. We addressed a portal behavior where this string of characters ${1} intermittently showed as 1 in portal. We are happy to report that these characters now consistently publish as expected.

A new CCMS version comes with an Administration interface fix and localization backend work.

Heretto CCMS 25.01.16

• Fixed. We fixed a recent issue in the Administration interface that made the Groups option visible to users assigned roles other than the Administrator role. Now, again only Administrators can see administration options.

• Work to migrate backend storage engine for localization, to support future enhancements.

• Announcement. On December 31, 2024, the Heretto Connector for Docusaurus reached end of support. It will be discontinued on June 4, 2025. For details on the Heretto Connector for Docusaurus, see Docusaurus Integration (Deprecated).

• Announcement. On December 31, 2024, the legacy integration with DITA Open Toolkit (DITA-OT) has been discontinued. It is no longer available in Heretto CCMS.
