Open a Heretto CCMS Resource in Content Mapper

You can easily open files from your Heretto CCMS content library in Content Mapper.

Note: Files that you open in Content Mapper are locked in Heretto CCMS. For more information, see File Locks.
Perform Connect Content Mapper with Heretto CCMS.
  1. In the content library, right-click a resource.
    Right-click a concept topic.
  2. Select Open in Content Mapper.
  3. If prompted, allow Content Mapper to open links.
  4. If prompted, enter your credentials.
